Оболочка состоит из двух частей; основание и задняя часть корпуса выполнены из твердого пенополиуретана с армированием из стекловолокна. Обе части имеют встроенную стальную раму, а основание также оснащено пружинами из нержавеющей стали. Основание и задняя часть корпуса собраны с помощью 6 стальных кронштейнов и шестигранных винтов (также можно разобрать для перемещения шестигранным ключом № 4). Снаружи задняя оболочка и основание покрыты тонким, мягким слоем пенополиуретана и ваты.
